Foothill Ranch

In the wake of a devastating wildfire, we embarked on a remarkable modern rebuild project for this Foothill Ranch estate. The sleek and contemporary design of the home was complemented by our thoughtful landscaping choices. In the backyard, we installed artificial turf for a low-maintenance and lush green space. Alongside the pool, concrete squares were interspersed with artificial turf, creating a stylish and functional area for outdoor activities. Our full front and back yard design included the addition of a stunning fountain at the front of the house, adding a touch of elegance to the entrance.

To harmonize with the modern aesthetic, we erected a wood fence that matched the wood accents on the house, enhancing the overall visual cohesion. An innovative touch was the addition of turf and rocks on the roof of the first floor, creating an eye-catching and sustainable outdoor space that echoed the design elements found throughout the property. This Foothill Ranch estate now boasts a harmonious blend of modern architecture and thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces, a testament to resilience and renewal in the face of adversity.
