Hourly Irrigation Terms and Conditions

  1. Consultation Fee
    An initial consultation fee of $200 is required, which covers a one-hour inspection, including 30 minutes of travel time and a written report. This fee is non-refundable and due on date of consultation.

  2. Hourly Rate
    After the initial inspection, the rate is $160 per hour for any subsequent work. This rate includes labor only; parts are an additional cost. This is due upon completion of work.

  3. Agreement Completion
    The agreement must be signed by the homeowner prior to the start of any work.

  4. Proposal Acceptance
    By signing, the homeowner agrees to all terms outlined in the proposal and acknowledges that no additional services beyond those specified are included.

  5. Scope of Work
    Services are strictly limited to those explicitly detailed in the proposal. Any items not mentioned are excluded from the scope of work.

  6. Additional Charges
    If rework is necessary due to homeowner-initiated changes, additional fees will apply.

  7. Jobsite Organization
    We will maintain an organized work area, but cannot guarantee a clutter-free site at all times.

  8. Completion Dates
    Estimated completion dates are subject to change due to weather, productivity, or material availability.

  9. Homeowner Maintenance Responsibilities
    Post-installation, the homeowner is responsible for the maintenance of all irrigation systems and associated landscaping.

  10. Permit and Approval Costs
    The homeowner is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals before work begins.

  11. Cancellation Policy
    Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

  12. Liability Disclaimer
    We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from our services.

  13. Existing Systems
    We are not responsible for any existing irrigation systems or their functionality.

  14. Change Orders
    Any changes to the work must be documented and approved in writing, with additional charges applying.

  15. Debris Responsibility
    We will remove debris generated during the work, but are not responsible for debris left by others.

  16. Safety Notice
    Homeowners and visitors enter the work area at their own risk.

  17. Professional Standards
    All work will be performed professionally, but we do not guarantee outcomes based on variable external factors.

  18. Working Hours
    Normal working hours are from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Hours may be adjusted as needed.

  19. Final Walkthrough
    A final walkthrough will be conducted upon project completion to confirm satisfaction.

  20. Indemnification
    Homeowners agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims related to the work performed.

  21. Utility Marking
    Homeowners must mark all non-public utilities before work begins.
